Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent bid opportunities including qualification through to submission and handover.
Personally write, edit and enhance bid responses, executive summaries and proposal content to a high professional standard.
Have the ability through collaborating with colleagues to translate technical, operational and commercial information into compelling, customer-focused and persuasive responses.
Coordinate and drive contributions to ensure complete, accurate and timely bid submissions.
Manage the bid development process, including response planning, compliance matrices, content ownership, timelines and internal approvals.
Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to secure high-quality inputs and maintain momentum across multiple live opportunities.
Drive governance and quality assurance activities across the bid lifecycle, ensuring submissions are compliant, competitive and aligned to customer requirements.
Manage public procurement processes and tender portals including eTenders and related submission platforms.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve bid libraries, templates and reusable content assets.
Identify opportunities to improve bid quality and efficiency through process improvements, digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
Create, develop and manage corporate reporting in both a structured and as required environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management or Tender Management roles.
APMP certified (essential).
Experience working with structured bid methodologies; Shipley experience desirable.
Strong experience managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle and coordinating cross-functional bid inputs.
Demonstrated experience bid writing, developing high-quality bid responses and tender submissions.
Strong experience in public procurement and eTenders environments.
Proven ability to convert information from multiple contributors into compelling customer-facing responses.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influence and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
