Civils Foreman/Ganger

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civils Ganger / Foreman to lead site teams across our civils projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise operatives, plant and subcontractors.

  • Coordinate daily site activities.

  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.

  • Deliver site briefings and toolbox talks.

  • Monitor quality, productivity and programme delivery.

  • Liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Ganger or Foreman role.

  • Utilities, civils or infrastructure experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Safe Pass and relevant CSCS qualifications.

  • Full driving licence.
