Role Purpose
Actavo Modular is seeking a Business Development Executive to help drive our next phase of growth. This role is about creating opportunity, building strong customer relationships and converting early engagement into secured work. You will play a key role in expanding our modular and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) footprint across Ireland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Developing Opportunity
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities for Actavo Modular
• Build and maintain a structured, accurate sales pipeline
• Convert early engagement into live, well-managed opportunities
Building Relationships
• Engage early with customers, consultants and contractors
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, technical understanding and delivery confidence
• Always Represent Actavo Modular professionally
Leading Sales and Closing
• Lead opportunities from initial contact through to commercial close
• Collaborate closely with estimating, design and bid teams to develop winning proposals
• Maintain momentum and close opportunities with confidence
Understanding the Market
• Build a strong understanding of modular construction, MMC and market trends
• Share insights and intelligence to support wider business strategy
Experience and Attributes required
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within construction, engineering or a technical environment
• Track record of generating pipeline and winning new business
• Experience in modular construction, off-site manufacturing or MMC is preferred, but not essential
• Commercially astute, professional and customer-focused
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Driven, resilient and motivated by results
• Values preparation, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
