Project Coordinator

The focus of this role is to keep associated activities coordinated and on track through cohesive management of multiple tasks and competing priorities. Given the nature of this role, you must demonstrate professionalism at all times and be able to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations where there may be ambiguity. You will possess exceptional organisational & interper-sonal skills combined with an attention to detail as you will operate in a fast-paced work environ-ment which requires substantial multitasking to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to, and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
Ensuring that all associated tasks within the division are completed, to include, Capacity Management, scheduling, and job closures.
Coordination of ETAs, Work Progress throughout the day, certification compliance, stock allocation compliance.
Ensuring systems are kept up to date with required job notes
Back Office Functions are carried out fully and to a high standard.
Creating, publishing & presenting reports and data to the business on a weekly / monthly basis
Maintaining excellent client relationship & daily liaisons to ensure they are kept up to date with all matters relating to the operational output and any issues as they arise.
Close coordination of Home Energy team members to ensure all functions are operating as required
Timely escalation of any issues requiring management decisions or input.
Requirements:
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills required
A motivated individual with the drive to progress within their career and be open to new opportunities and agreed training
Ability to follow complex written and verbal instruction
Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues with the utmost sensitivity
Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgements on a day-to- day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging office
Top level detail, organisational, and coordination
Excellent Microsoft office skills
