Scheduler Administrator

Responsibilities:
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
Develop a daily engineer route plan, optimising the contract’s ability to provide customer service while effectively managing ongoing cost expectations
Monitor operations to effectively react and communicate necessary adjustments to the daily operating plan, working with field teams to ensure all work is covered and allocated efficiently
Develop ongoing analysis/reports, which will ensure operating goals and objectives are being achieved
Manage the coordination of daily schedules and the overall daily routing plan. Identify and develop alternate plans, which will assure that volumes are being successfully managed
Support general operational functions as needed
Requirements:
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Good geographical knowledge
Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, delegate responsibility and make sound decisions
