The Role:

Working closely as part of the Actavo team with architects and other building professionals, providing architectural design services and solutions on construction projects. As specialists in the science of architecture, building design and construction, you will develop an architectural project and manage the process from project award through to completion. This includes design management, design co-ordination and liaising with internal and external teams.

• BIM Process Implementation and Management
• Information Management
• Develop and Implement BIM Execution Plan
• Familiarity with Construction Management Software
• Model Development and Coordination
• Clash Detection and Resolution
• Communication and Collaboration
• Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in BIM coordination or similar
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and digital workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is an advantage.
