This role will be responsible for daily oversight and management of crews working on Virgin Media contracts with a view to maximising core KPI’s and adherence to quality and H&S standards and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided by Actavo.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full teams available to VM daily
• Monitor team activities throughout the day
• Support VM Area Managers to plan and implement network repair activities
• Identify training needs and areas of improvement
• Front line response to client queries
• Compile daily and weekly timesheets and reporting
• Support the Quality Manager in day to day activities
• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.

Requirements:

• A full driver’s license is essential
• Previous related experience leading a team of Installers
• Intermediate understanding of VM Network operation and signal flow preferred
• Computer literate – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
