Person In Charge of Poling

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that all relevant site documentation and client paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Ensure that site is correctly cordoned off and all safety protocols adhered to
- Ensure that all poling procedures are adhered to at all times
- Liaise with Client personnel i.e. Person Issuing Work, Work Organizer and TCO to ensure all works are completed in accordance with correct procedure
- Complete JSSP for each worksite and ensure findings are shared with all on site
- Ensure safe digging practices are used.
- Ensure all sites are left clean and tidy
- Complete daily vehicle and plant check sheets
- Ensure safety equipment and correct usage of tools and equipment
- Ensure that all relevant H&S paperwork is on site available for audit
- Report any damage to company vehicles, tools or equipment
- Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the SHEQ systems
- Responsibility of the Company’s Safety Statement
- Escalate any breaches of H&S outside of Crew Leaders remit to the PM
Requirements:
- Full Clean driver’s license
- Current ESB PICP Authorisation
- Safe Pass
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing teams in a fast paced and process driven environment
- Ability to read and understand the Electrical Network Diagrams
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills required

- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
